The dual channel diverter valve is suitable being restored in both of high and low pressures pneumatic conveying lines to divert the product. it find applications within all industrial field when both of powder and grain need to be handled, even if the slightly abrasive and high temperature. the dual channel diverter valve consists of an aluminum and stainless-steel housing and end covers which a plug with two pipes is installed. all plugs contact surface are made from stainless steel.
the approved silicon rubber seals guarantee the sealing between housing and plug. the body is pressure tight, so ensuring no leakage to atmosphere. the standard diverter can be used in systems with positive pressures up to 2 bar g ( static seal) and optionally available for pressure 5 bar g ( inflatable seal). SCP-INDIA is supplied with a complete pneumatic control system, i ncluding solenoids valve, limit switch or position sensor, junction box. the standard diverter can be used for products temperatures ranging from -25 c°up to 80 c° at ambient temperature. the other versions for higher temperature are available on request.
